David Zinman returns to the Oregon Symphony in October for three concerts in Portland, with a programme including Walker's Lyric for Strings, Tchaikovsky's first piano concerto (with Simon Trpčeski) and Sibelius's Symphony no.3.
In November he returns to the Montreal Symphony Orchestra where he will conduct Schumann's Piano Concerto in A Minor (with Louis Lortie) and Shostakovich's Symphony no.15.
